This is the most "long waited" QSL from Moscow, Russia. I sent reception report to Radio Without Borders Int'l in 1992 and received it in 2011! Thanks to Artem, former member of the RWBI team, who sent it to me and kept my reception report for such a long time!
Next QSL came from The Voice of Europe. It is dated by 6 July 1990! The program was dedicated to Annualo Speciale A. I. R. DX Meeting European DX Counsil in Grado, Italy. I picked up its signal on 7538 kHz.
This QSL is from Live Wire Radio and dated by 9th Jan. 1994.
