Dear friends, 2020 will be the fifth year of KCR broadcasts. How many beautiful weekends on the air we experienced, how many emotions.

On this journey we have met listeners from all over the world, with some of you we have become friends, with others we will be. We will be on the air more often next year, we have finished our broadcasting centre and our audio studio and are ready for our weekends of non-stop programs.

FRS' 39th Anniversary next Sunday

A bit late but still in time...next Sunday FRS-Holland hopes to celebrate its 39th anniversary!

Atlantic 2000 special broadcast : Radio Andorra, 80 years

Radio Andorra was a legendary radio station, transmitting on mediumwave and shortwave from 1939 to 1981, from the Principality of Andorra, a small country between France and Spain.
The station was officially launched the 7th of August 1939.

To celebrate the 80 years of this launch, Atlantic 2000 will transmit a special tribute programme on Saturday, August 10th, from 08:00 to 09:00 UTC on 6070 kHz and online.
From 09:00 to 11:00 UTC, online only, we will repeat the tribute to Radio Andorra that we transmitted in 2009, for the 70th anniversary of Radio Andorra.

Atlantic 2000 will be on the air again on Sunday 11th of August from 19:00 to 20:00 UTC with music and dedications, on 6070 kHz and online.

After a long time of absence - WE ARE BACK ON THE AIR!

Shortwaveradio.de kindly gave us the possibility to be on air with
our shows via their transmitter located somewhere in Northern Germany.

If you would like to try to catch our programmes, six hours,
on April 20th, 2019, Easter Saturday afternoon local (15.00 - 21.00 UTC)
would be a good time to give us a listen.
Try the 75 metre band shortwave on 3975 kHz!
Let's keep fingers crossed for no geomagnetic storms!
If propagation conditions should be bad the transmission
will be postponed until further notice.

It might be a good chance for you to catch our special eQSL-card.

Shortwaveradio.de hat uns freundlicherweise die Möglichkeit gegeben,
über seinen Sender in Norddeutschland mit unseren Shows auf Sendung zu gehen.

Wenn Sie versuchen möchten, unsere Programme zu empfangen, sechs Stunden,
am 20. April 2019, Ostersamstag nachmittags (15.00 - 21.00 Uhr UTC)
wäre ein guter Zeitpunkt, um uns zuzuhören.
Probieren Sie das 75 Meterband Kurzwelle auf 3975 kHz!
Wir drücken die Daumen, dass es keine geomagnetischen Stürme gibt!
Sollten die Ausbreitungsbedingungen schlecht sind, wird die Übertragung
bis auf Weiteres verschoben.
