RADIO UGANDA RE-ACTIVATED 7195kHz

It is seems that Radio Uganda is active on 7195 kHz. 5 August 2011 I have picked up the signal on this frequency at 1802 and during all evening the signal was fair with some fades and noise, OM presenter had mentioned "Uganda" at 1804. Program consisted of news, short music pauses, and afro-music, sinpo 35333. P.S. Radio Uganda is active on 4976: 6 August 2011, 1937, E, OM and YL talk, fades and noise, sinpo 25222
